METU DTX helps businesses assess their digital maturity, identify investment and transformation priorities, test technologies before implementation and develop solutions tailored to specific needs.
Applications are assessed against need, technical fit, service capacity and expected impact. The scope, schedule, delivery model and terms of the work are clarified after the initial technical assessment.
METU DTX serves companies throughout Türkiye, primarily in the automotive and machinery sectors as well as across other manufacturing fields. It delivers activities on site, remotely or through METU DTX facilities according to the nature of each service.
Assessment recognised for investment incentives: The METU-DTX Digital Maturity Assessment is a recognised assessment model used in digital transformation investment-incentive processes under the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Industry and Technology Digital Transformation Support Programme.
Who can apply?
These services are primarily intended for mid-sized manufacturing businesses operating in Türkiye.
Technology providers
Companies developing software, hardware, digital systems or technology solutions for industry may apply to test, validate or improve their solutions, or to develop a joint solution with a manufacturing company.
Priority sectors include machinery, automotive and suppliers, electrical and electronics, white goods, chemicals and plastics, textiles and apparel, and medical technologies. The services are not limited to these sectors; applications from other manufacturing fields may be considered according to technical fit and available capacity.

If your company has completed a valid digital maturity assessment within the last year using METU-DTX, TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE DDX/DDX+ or SIRI, you may provide its details and apply directly for advanced services. The application remains subject to eligibility and technical assessment.

Apply under DIGITALTR
DIGITALTR is the Technical Assistance for Support for the Digital Transformation of the Manufacturing Industry and is co-financed by the European Union and the Republic of Türkiye.
For eligible applications, services under the programme may be offered at no charge or at discounted rates according to the applicant’s scale and the scope of the requested work.
